Brew Session at Bruno's on Saturday March 19th.

About a dozen or so attended Bruno's great brew session. He mashed in the All Grain English  Bitter grain and heated the Witbier extract water. when the water got hot he mixed in the Wheat DME and explained the art of extract brewing. When the Wit was done and ready to go into the carboy, a counterflow chiller was connected. The yeast was pitched and it was set up for fermentation. The Bitter  sparge was finished about when he moved the Wit carboy in the house so the All Grain was put in the kettle for the boil. Bruno went over the process as he went along. Was a good day for learning so you really should have been there.
