Mark Graham |
| In 1997, Mark got divorced and was looking for something to do in his spare time and got into brewing. He did extract sessions until 2004 where he moved up to All Grain. He found out about the Carolina Brewmasters at Homebrew Adventures where Ale Clayson got him to attend a meeting and he joined in 2002. His favorite style to brew is a Belgian Blonde and his favorite commercial style is a Bells Two Hearted Ale. He feels that the Flying Saucer is the best beer place in Charlotte. For a living he is a Sales Rep and does some traveling in his job. He has a place in the Mountains and does a lot of brewing up there because of the temperatures in his basement is good for the fermenting of his beers. |
