January Brew Session

January Brew Session was held at Kim and David Jones home with a couple dozen members and visitors arriving for a great learning session. David would explain each step as he went through the step mash and asked if anyone had questions. There was much information about how to all grain brew with everyone going home a more knowledgeable person about homebrewing. The weather was in the 60's so that was quite co-operable for the session. Many homebrews as well as commercial brews were brought for our tasting pleasure. Was a great brew session to start the 2007 year. If you were not there you missed a great one !

This beer was tasted at our meeting on February 7th and was excellent !
