Eric is from South Africa but currently lives in Waxhaw. He began homebrewing about 18 months ago because a number of his friends also does homebrews. He found out about CBM on the internet and came to the March meeting and joined. His favorite style to brew is an American Amber. When asked what his favorite commercial brew was, he replied "hmmm, difficult question" and finally said Dogfish Head 90 IPA was among his favorite.
