Carolina Brewmasters April Brew Session
April 30, 2005
Chris Snyder and Cain Binning did their first all grain brewing at the April brew session on April 30th. The session was done at Cynthia and Cain's home in Monroe and they were very gracious hosts.
Thanks Cynthia and Cain !
Chris and Cain have spent the last 3 months building this amazing brew system. Oh, by the way they have only brewed 4 times total and all have been extract batches but are now moving up to the All Grain process with a very top notch system. Everything went fairly well and they will be tweaking the system some before their next brew. Check out the pictures and when you see what a great day this was you will wish you had been there.

The Therminator now connected for the cool down process. There was 201 degree water entering and 70 degree water going to fermenter. This is an amazing piece of chiller equipment ! |
This was a ten gallon batch of German Hefe Weizen and is now in the carboy's and ready for the fermentation to begin. Was a fantastic brew session with an amazing brew system. |
