Bill Lynch

 

Bill started brewing in 1991 when a neighbor in New Jersey got a lot of ingredients from a homebrew store that was going out of business and has been brewing with a passion ever since. He met Laura Barrowman and Dave Schultz in a Bar in Charlotte and found out about the Carolina Brewmasters and joined in 1997. He has a couple of terms as Carolina Brewmasters President and won BOS in the 1998 US Open with an extract APA. Bill does both extract and all grain brewing and has taken many ribbons with his great brews.
