Greetings fellow brewers, from the depths of the U.S.Open paperwork!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every brewer, steward, sponsor, judge, and brewing club for helping to make this year's U.S. Open Homebrewing Competition a complete success! I would like to thank Picasso's for agalin allowing us the use of their facilities, and their fine staff for taking care to see that everyone had a great time. It is also necessary to point out the very special ones. Without the help of these find folks the OPEN just would not have been possible:

• Keith Royster - coordinator and "the man" on the computer and getting out the forms out to all via mail and internet.
• Bruno Wichnoski & Roman Davis - judge and entry coordinators who received the entries and kept them in cold storage, sorted categories just rught so that flights were reasonably equal in number AND fair to contestants.
• Linda Glitz - head stewardess for making everything at judging time go like clockwork.
